Shipping & Returns
Shipping Overview
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Georgia. Lead times vary by product and will be confirmed on your Sales Order.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for final inspection, packing, and carrier dispatch once your order is ready. Tracking information and your final invoice will be provided upon shipment.
Shipping Methods & Fees
Residential Deliveries
- Standard service: Curbside delivery
- $25 packing & handling fee for parcel shipments
- $125 delivery fee for freight (LTL) shipments
- Additional carrier surcharges may apply
A valid contact name and phone number are required. Missed delivery appointments may result in additional fees.
Commercial Deliveries
- $40 lift gate fee applies if no loading dock is available
- Delivery appointments available upon request
Third-Party Carriers (3PL)
We are happy to work with your preferred carrier:
- Parcel: $25 packing & handling
- Freight: 5% handling fee ($95 minimum)
- Customer must provide labels and schedule pickup
Optional Delivery Services
- Inside Delivery: $75 (threshold delivery only)
- Delivery Appointment: $25
- Rush Processing:
- $35 (ships within 3 business days)
- $75 (ships within 1 business day)
Expedited processing applies to warehouse handling only and does not guarantee transit time.
International Orders
Shipping quotes available upon request.
All duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Receiving & Inspection
To ensure any freight claims can be processed, the following steps are required:
- Do not refuse shipments, even if damage is suspected
- Inspect all items at time of delivery
- Note any damage clearly on the delivery receipt
- Take photos:
- Packaging before opening
- Damaged items (close-up and full view)
- Report damage within 48 hours
Failure to follow these steps may result in denied claims.
Returns Policy
Made-to-Order Items
All made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Standard Returns
- Must be requested within 30 days of receipt
- Subject to 25% restocking fee
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
All returns require prior approval. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Refunds
- Issued as credit on account only
- No cash or credit card refunds
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Do not refuse delivery
- Photograph packaging and product
- Report within 48 hours
If approved, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
Additional Fees to Note
- Storage after 7 days: $45/day
- Address change after shipment: $95
- Redelivery / missed delivery: carrier fees apply
- Refused shipments: 25% restocking + freight
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once a deposit has been placed. All deposits are non-refundable.
