French Country
Our French Country baskets are crafted from “skin-on” rattan — a natural material with a subtle, organic sheen. Unlike the rattan used in our furniture (where the outer skin is removed to allow for painted finishes), skin-on rattan retains its original surface, making it beautifully durable but not suitable for color finishes. This is why our baskets are offered in their natural tone, highlighting the authentic character of the material.
